Corporate accommodation booking platform AltoVita has been featured in a leading report on the short-term rental ecosystem.

The Skift [Short-Term Rental 250 list for 2023](https://skift.com/skift-short-term-rental-250) represents the companies that are at the forefront of shaping the short-term rental industry.

AltoVita was singled out as an alternative to Airbnb in the comprehensive research that seeks to better understand and explain the short-term rental landscape.

The report states that while Airbnb is “probably the most successful travel company of the last decade” it’s not without competition, which today includes “business travel-oriented platforms like AltoVita, 2nd Address, and MagicStay, homeswapping platforms like Kindred and ThirdHome, or a last-minute booking site like Whimstay.”

The AltoVita  platform allows travel and mobility managers to [book, manage, report, and support](https://www.altovita.com/corporate-housing-platform) all their corporate accommodation bookings with just one tool. Our award-winning technology is backed by consultants who help businesses find the right accommodation, whatever their needs.

To identify the top 250 companies, Skift included 430 short-term rental companies in its initial research.

We'll be discussing AltoVita's other successes, accolades and upcoming product launches at our Smart, Safe, Sustainable Summit on June 8 in London. This event is now sold out, but [there is still an opportunity to join the waiting list](https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/innovation-summit-2023-the-london-edition-tickets-578737769247?discount=SAVETHEDATE).
