On Friday, 27 June, AltoVita, the revolutionary tech platform streamlining corporate accommodation worldwide, hosted its fifth annual Smart, Safe and Sustainable Summit at The Londoner Hotel in Leicester Square. This flagship event brought together top voices from the global mobility and business travel sectors for a dynamic day of insights, client success stories, and future-focused innovations.
The summit featured four thought-provoking panels with speakers from leading enterprises including NBCUniversal, Databricks, Stripe, and Squarepoint Capital. Discussions centred on the most topical issues in the industry, such as the use of AI and data to personalise and elevate the employee experience, policy compliance challenges, and real-time accommodation availability.
Opening the event, Co-founder and CEO Vivi Himmel reflected on AltoVita’s journey and mission:

Director of Engineering Anton Reid took the stage to unveil AltoVita’s latest AI-driven innovations, showcasing how the company is leveraging Agentic AI to accelerate development, enhance automation, and deliver more value to clients. One of those developments, VitaAI is a fully realised AI engine ready to be integrated into clients’ existing ecosystems. Reid also announced the development of Outlook and Teams apps, with VitaAI already embedded in them, which enables clients to submit and manage booking requests directly within their daily workflow.
Emphasising the company’s tech-forward vision, Vivi Himmel added:

A highlight of the day was the highly anticipated unveiling of AltoStay, AltoVita’s dedicated guest experience app, during a special reveal at the ODEON auditorium. Designed to streamline every aspect of the guest journey, AltoStay offers real-time updates, AI-powered local tips, and 24/7 live support, all with the goal of reducing administrative overhead for travel and mobility managers.
