Dubai, UAE / Riyadh, KSA — 22 August, 2025 — AltoVita, the award winning global corporate accommodation platform, is proud to announce its official incorporation in both the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) - with AltoVita also being the first of the international corporate accommodation providers to establish a legal entity in KSA.

With demand for global mobility and business travel surging across the Middle East, this expansion reflects AltoVita’s commitment to being closer to its clients and partners. The MENA hospitality market is projected to reach $487 billion by 2032, driven by rising demand for talent in sectors such as AI, climate technology, consulting, and construction. Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and megaprojects like NEOM and The Red Sea are attracting a global workforce and fueling demand for corporate accommodation, while the UAE’s Golden Visa programme is drawing elite professionals, with its business travel market expected to reach $94 billion by 2030.

AltoVita currently offers over 500,000 units in the Middle East, spanning diverse asset classes - from serviced apartments and aparthotels to luxury hotels and compounds - to meet the full spectrum of clients’ and their employees’ needs. Thanks to its strong relationships with local suppliers, AltoVita can negotiate tailored inclusions and add-on features while ensuring personalised experiences for families or solo corporate travellers. Having facilitated thousands of bookings across the region in the past year, with Dubai, Riyadh, Doha and Abu Dhabi ranking in the top booked destinations, establishing a local presence in both the UAE and KSA was the natural next step.

AltoVita’s new entities will enable the company to take full advantage of its local expertise, supported by its Arabic speaking teams to deliver curated, tech powered and locally informed accommodation solutions at scale. Additionally, the ability to invoice in local currencies provides clients with streamlined payments and an added 5% tax benefit.

Vivi Himmel, Co-founder and CEO of AltoVita, who is relocating to Dubai to lead the company’s growth in the Middle East, commented:

"The Middle East is a dynamic hub for global business and talent mobility, and our incorporation in the UAE and KSA marks a pivotal milestone for AltoVita. Establishing entities here, allows us to strengthen our presence in the region where demand has already been exceptional. I’m excited to relocate to Dubai to lead our efforts on the ground and ensure AltoVita continues to provide smart, safe, and sustainable accommodation solutions tailored to the needs of our clients and guests.”

Karolina Saviova, Co-founder and COO of AltoVita, added:

"The Middle East, Saudi Arabia in particular, is a rapidly growing region, but it also presents challenges such as limited availability and rapidly rising costs. That’s where our local expertise truly sets us apart. With dedicated Arabic speaking Customer Success and Hospitality Growth Managers, we combine deep regional knowledge, strong purchasing power and the ability to navigate diverse needs to support business travellers, commuters and those relocating into the region. We’re equally committed to contributing locally by expanding our team in line with Vision 2030 and supporting the Nitaqat program, while continuing to deliver exceptional experiences to our clients.”

This expansion reinforces AltoVita’s long term strategy of building a smarter, more connected ecosystem for corporate accommodation management: one that is truly global, yet deeply local.
