Last month we [announced the launch of The Altos](https://www.altovita.com/blog/altos-london-2023-launch) — our awards ceremony that recognises and celebrates hospitality operators and software providers in the corporate accommodation industry. Nominations [are also open for this flagship event](https://www.judgify.me/thealtoslondon23), which acknowledges innovation across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Today we can reveal our first group of speakers, who will share expert insights at London’s [Landing Forty Two](https://landingfortytwo.com/) on December 5.

They cover a spectrum of areas related to corporate housing, from sustainability and design to remote work and business travel. Our initial list of industry experts includes:

## The Conversations You Need to Hear at The Altos

In the build-up to The Altos awards ceremony, you can expect engaging conversations from them all, over a series of panel debates and presentations that take place between 3pm and 5.30pm:

- How are hotels and serviced apartment providers adapting to new business travel demands?
- What are the best strategies for hospitality operators looking to expand in the EMEA region?
- How does distributed workforces and co-working affect hotel operations?
- Are serviced apartments evolving fast enough, to keep up with hybrid hospitality and co-living demand?

## About the Venue 

Landing Forty Two is located at the top of The Leadenhall (also known as the “Cheesegrater”) and is London's highest dedicated event space. In fact it's situated 500 feet above street-level in the heart of the City's financial district, and offers mesmerising views over the Thames and London skyline.
