At AltoVita, safety and security have always been at the core of our accommodation strategy. As global mobility and corporate travel continue to evolve, so do the expectations around trusted, compliant, and high-quality housing. Following our integration with Breezeway, we are excited to announce the expansion of Breezeway Verification across several of our major locations in India, adding an extra layer of safety and security to our partner properties.
Breezeway is a property-care and operations platform used by short-term rental and corporate-housing managers globally to automate and standardise maintenance, inspections and guest readiness workflows.
With AltoVita’s integration with Breezeway, the “Breezeway Verification” is essentially a comprehensive inspection of each property, covering safety, security and maintenance elements and amenities. Once a property passes these checks, it receives a “Breezeway Verified” badge on its AltoVita listing, making it easier for travel and mobility managers to select trusted, safety-certified accommodation with confidence.
Through Breezeway, our property partners undergo a multi-step verification process designed to bring transparency, consistency, and real-time validation to safety and property features.
The inspection covers key areas including:
Breezeway verification is currently live in select partner properties in India, prioritised based on client demand and market considerations such as operational risk and corporate traveller volume. This targeted approach ensures that our highest-priority markets benefit from additional oversight and rigorous, standardised safety protocols.
These verified locations provide additional reassurance for clients operating travel and mobility programmes in the region. As Tanvi Dalip Sharma, Assistant Manager – Sales at The Leela Palace Bengaluru, puts it:
“We have officially completed our Breezeway Certification, elevating the guest experience, one detail at a time! This means more than just a badge, it is a promise of quality, safety, and world class hospitality in every stay.”
The duration of a Breezeway inspection and verification varies by property size and complexity. Smaller units can typically be verified more quickly, while larger apartments or hotels naturally require more time due to the number of safety, security, and maintenance checkpoints involved.
The Breezeway checklists are highly detailed, and their thoroughness is what ensures real safety, quality, and transparency across every verified property. This level of rigor requires time and care, and we want to recognise the commitment of our partners who have invested the effort to successfully complete the verification process.
The Breezeway Verification is a systematic, tech-enabled quality assurance process: by integrating with AltoVita’s existing 4-Tier Quality Control framework, it raises the standard of corporate accommodation, transforming each property that has been reviewed into a verified, audit-ready, and guest-safe home-away-from-home.
Given the increasing focus, both from our clients and internally at AltoVita, on surfacing economy inventory and local brands across India, Breezeway Verification provides an important additional layer of quality control. It helps ensure these asset types consistently meet quality and safety expectations, while enabling clients to maintain tight cost-control strategies.
By extending Breezeway Verification in India, AltoVita reduces friction for mobility teams and delivers greater peace of mind for employees moving into new environments, without compromising on standards.
For hospitality providers, completing the Breezeway Verification adds a layer of credibility, making their properties more likely to be shortlisted for high-impact corporate bookings, and creating clear visibility and differentiation across the AltoVita platform.
“Breezeway verification in India is more than a compliance milestone. It’s a commitment to elevating trust, safety, and service standards for every stay. For our partners, this means stronger credibility, smoother operations, and the confidence to scale with a quality-first approach across the Indian market.” - Saurabh Arora, Senior Hospitality Growth Manager APAC, AltoVita.
