The spacious pool’s area also incorporates a small alcove for sitting and relaxing during the day, sun-loungers, outside shower, gas BBQ – ideal for outdoor dining and barbecue nights during the summer.
As you enter the villa, you will find the open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room features a comfortable corner sofa and widescreen TV with satellite. The dining area has seating for 8 persons and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed for you self-catering stay. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom and guest’s WC.
Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms and main family bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower. The other two bedrooms have two single beds and offer a garden view from the balcony. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main bathroom has a bathtub, overhead shower and WC.
Villa is fully air-conditioned, with free WI-FI.

The rental price includes limited electricity consumption which allows for more than normal use of the house including air-conditions. Any additional consumption will be charged at €0.30 per KWh. Electricity meter readings will be taken at check-in and check- out.
