The flat is located in a bustling part of London and has a thriving community. It is ideally located just moments from the local shops and amenities on Lillie Road and is within easy reach of a wide range of bars, shops and restaurants in Hammersmith and on Fulham Broadway. The Colton Arms on Greyhound Rd is a pub that comes highly recommended. In addition, The Curtains Up on Comeragh Road is also well worth a visit – the Barons Court Theatre downstairs is a unique asset! If you’re looking for somewhere to celebrate a special occasion, try The River Cafe for some delicious and fine cuisine – booking is essential. The Blue Boat offers views of Hammersmith, a great atmosphere and some tasty burgers. L’Elysee is a French cafe on Hammersmith Road and serves wonderful coffee and delicious bites to eat. Try Vagabond which is a low-key wine bar and shop all in one. Famous butchers (used by chef Nigella Lawson) H.G. Walter is just beside Barons Court Station and serves an array of the finest meat – their scotch egg is well worth a try! There are two local Little Waitrose mini-supermarkets nearby, one on North End Rd (amongst various other local amenities) and one on Fulham Palace Rd. The Hammersmith Apollo stages some of the biggest artists and comedians in the world, so it might be worth checking out the upcoming events before your visit.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that the mansion block will be under external work from the 4th June to the 16th September 2019.
There is scaffolding going up around the block and work is mostly being carried out on the roof, but the workers will also be painting the external window frames. The works beings at 8.00am until 5.00pm – week day only and does not include bank holidays. Due to this a discount has been applied to the standard rate.
While the work is being carried, the builders MAY want access to my flat.. Is this going to cause us problems when it come to renting it out?
Please note that we provide shampoo, shower gel, soap and loo roll for the beginning of your stay and not for the entire duration.
Please keep in mind that each home is unique – as you are staying at someone else’s home and not a hotel, the space and amenities will be different at each place. Please treat the home with the respect that you would treat your own, we dedicate a lot of time and care to it, so please respect the rules, the space and the neighbours. We would really appreciate if you tell us about any damage or breakages so that we can deal with these issues as soon as they arise.
Please note that if your stay is longer than 2 weeks we will require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost of £15 per hour, minimum two hours (to be charged after the booking is confirmed). A linen change can also be arranged at an extra cost.
If you require more cleans please let us know as this can also be arranged.
Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hired hotel-quality linen to prepare the beds. This also includes clean towels, bath mat and a kitchen cloth.
Please note that check-in is between 1pm and 6pm.
A self-check-in outside of these times can be agreed on occasion, but please check prior to booking if you will be checking in outside check in hours.
A late check-out is sometimes possible for a fee of 50% of the nightly rate.
