The home is spread across the ground floor and offers a beautiful front and back private garden. The kitchen is located at the back in a private room and comes fully equipped. It also offers direct access to the back garden. Next to the kitchen, guests will find a spacious and comfortable reception area, with a big dining table, a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a flat screen TV and books. It offers plenty of space to relax for all guests and opens up directly on the private back garden. The three bedrooms can comfortably sleep 2 guests each and feature comfortable mattresses. Two bedrooms come with double beds and plenty of storage space. The master bedroom features a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with bathtub, for added privacy when travelling in a group. There is also another bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. All bathrooms are clean and neat. Two bedrooms overlook the private front garden, offering relaxing view of the surroundings. The home also has high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge every morning at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Set in one of London’s trendiest locations, this home is next to the beautiful Primrose Hill area and to Hampstead and has grocery stores and cafes in easy reach. Regent’s Park, Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath are just a short walk away and the ZSL London Zoo will be a great getaway for the little ones. The house is in a residential part of town but it’s located in between two tube stations offering easy connection via tube and bus to London’s many diverse neighbourhoods.
London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. It is well connected to public transport and main roads. The home sits 10 minutes walking both from Belsize Park tube station and Swiss Cottage tube station.
Please note the 10am daily tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this apartment and the daily tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes and usually in the middle of the day. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The daily tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
