Altovita, a new online marketplace, provides affordable quality accommodation that has been professionally inspected, perfect for those who want to start the festivities while on a magical European city break. The booking platform, which removes the hit and miss nature of short-term accommodation, offers homes that are handpicked, reviewed and inspected by its team of home curators. Each home is assessed against Altovita’s extensive listing criteria to ensure the utmost quality. Each listing is then awarded a number of ‘Altos’, depending on how it excels across the criteria. Each of the Altos represent an incremental essence of quality and ensure guests have the best experience possible.
Airbnb challenger Altovita could launch in London within the next 12 months after getting a stamp of approval for its vetted-rental model in Eastern Europe. The short-term holiday rental site launched in July but has grown to around 200 listings across Prague, Budapest, Vienna and Warsaw, having set itself apart by only listing properties that have been personally vetted and given quality ratings by its staff.
A recently launched online platform that showcases handpicked, high quality holiday homes across various up & coming cities in Europe has become a synonym for quality. Altovita carries out inspections of its homes based on set criteria and rates them accordingly, allowing travellers to book their stays without having to worry about the quality of the homes or the reliability of the hosts.
