On Friday 27 June, at our 5th Smart, Safe and Sustainable Summit, AltoVita proudly unveiled AltoCore Fully Managed, our groundbreaking platform designed to transform supply chain management in corporate accommodation.
Taking over the iconic ODEON Luxe in Leicester Square, our Product team brought the platform to life with an interactive demo that reimagined the entire journey: from submitting an accommodation request to sourcing and booking.
The demo was delivered through a lively three-way role play between the platform’s key stakeholders: the client, the property provider, and the Customer Success Manager. This helped the audience better understand who sees what at each stage, and visualise how AltoCore streamlines a process that’s often complex and fragmented.

The idea behind AltoCore Fully Managed emerged from close collaboration with our clients. Drawing from discussions and feedback, our team identified a key challenge: while clients loved the seamless experience AltoVita delivers, many wanted the flexibility to continue working with their trusted partners who weren’t yet on the platform. Managing these relationships often meant juggling multiple systems, limited data visibility, and time-consuming back-and-forth, making it harder to stay efficient and make informed policy decisions.
In response, our product team co-designed AltoCore Fully Managed with clients and validated its use case during our Design Thinking Week in April.
