Our new Match Criteria feature streamlines the review process, making it faster, clearer, and free from subjective bias.
Designed to bring efficiency and objectivity to your decision-making, Match Criteria automatically assesses each property against your original request and runs a comparative analysis across all available options. You’ll instantly see which accommodation best aligns with your requirements, and which fall short, giving you a complete picture at a glance.
Simply check the match percentage to understand how closely each shortlisted property meets your booking request criteria, so you can choose with confidence every time.
We also ensure transparency by providing detailed insights behind each match percentage. Simply hover over the percentage to see which criteria each property does or does not meet.
The feature can be toggled on or off, allowing you to customise your workflow based on your specific needs.
When you submit an accommodation request, you will be asked to set specific criteria. Some of them are optional, but overall, we use the following criteria to evaluate accommodation options:
When it’s time to review your shortlist, you’ll find two key features designed to support faster and more informed decision-making:
1. Match Percentage: A quick visual indicator showing how closely each option aligns with your original booking request based on your chosen criteria.
2. Comparison of Options: A side-by-side evaluation that ranks properties against one another, highlighting the most and least favourable choices for each criterion. This can be toggled on or off at the top right of your dashboard.
