AltoVita Wins NEI Global Relocation’s 2025 Service Partner of the Year & Innovation Awards

We’re proud to share that AltoVita was recognised with two awards at the 2025 NEI Global Relocation Service Partner Awards, held in October: Service Partner of the Year and the Innovation Award.

This dual recognition celebrates not only outstanding partnership and service delivery, but also meaningful innovation that drives measurable impact across the global mobility ecosystem. 

A Partnership Defined by Collaboration and Progress

NEI’s Service Partner Awards recognise organisations that consistently go above and beyond to support client success through performance, adaptability, and true partnership. For AltoVita, these awards reflect a year of close collaboration with NEI, focused on improving efficiency and strengthening service delivery.

Over the past year, AltoVita has supported sales efforts, launched a referral bonus programme, adapted operational processes to align with NEI, and co-submitted award nominations within the industry. 


At the centre of this partnership, and a key driver behind the 2025 Innovation Award, is AltoCore Fully Managed, a solution co-designed by AltoVita and NEI to streamline accommodation supply chain management and sourcing. 

What Is AltoCore Fully Managed?

AltoCore Fully Managed serves as a central command centre for accommodation programmes. It enables corporate clients and relocation teams to continue working seamlessly with their existing partners while also unlocking access to AltoVita’s global inventory of more than 7 million vetted properties. With minimal setup, preferred partners and negotiated rates are onboarded into a single platform, consolidating booking workflows, invoicing, and reporting.

By reducing reliance on fragmented, email-heavy processes, AltoCore delivers faster response times, greater visibility, significant cost saving and actionable data insights.

Measurable Impact Across the Programme

In its first 8 months, AltoCore Fully Managed has delivered tangible results for NEI and its accommodation ecosystem:

  • 19% reduction in average request-to-quote time
  • 92.5% of booking requests submitted via AltoCore
  • 100% Property Provider Score
  • Over $88,000 in cost savings

These results highlight how thoughtful technology, when co-created with clients, can unlock efficiencies while strengthening trusted relationships.
