About Our Client

Our client is a large, internationally operating organisation providing information, media and technology solutions to professional audiences. With a significant global presence spanning numerous offices worldwide and a workforce of tens of thousands of employees, the organisation supports professionals with timely, insight-driven data and tools. Its operating model includes a highly mobile workforce, with employees frequently relocating for project-based initiatives, cross-location collaboration and longer-term professional assignments. 

The Challenge

This client was supported through AltoVita’s long-standing partnership with NEI Global Relocation, which, among other things, managed accommodation sourcing and bookings on the client’s behalf. Given the high volume of relocations, the client required a more streamlined and scalable approach to managing accommodation. At the time, NEI Global Relocation followed the industry-standard, high-touch process centred around email communication, which, while thorough, could involve frequent back-and-forths that sometimes caused delays and increased the risk that suitable properties could become unavailable.

There was also no centralised platform to manage an inventory of preferred properties, alongside access to a broader global inventory needed for new or remote locations. This lack of a central system for accommodation management resulted in limited data and reporting, restricting visibility and cost control across the programme.

The AltoVita Solution

Enter AltoVita, a tech-driven accommodation platform designed to streamline the entire accommodation process. Responding with speed and agility, AltoVita developed AltoCore Fully Managed, a solution tailored to NEI’s needs, which was later rolled out to other clients. Through close collaboration and continuous feedback between AltoVita’s product team and NEI’s Account Executives, the platform not only accelerated bookings and improved operational efficiency, but also enabled data-driven decision-making and delivered significant cost savings across the programme.

AltoCore Fully Managed is our all-in-one platform for corporate accommodation management, designed for clients who want to work seamlessly with preferred partners while unlocking access to AltoVita’s global inventory of 7 million vetted properties. With minimal setup, AltoVita onboards a list of preferred suppiers, applies negotiated rates where appropriate, and streamlines accommodation sourcing, booking, invoicing and reporting in one centralised platform. 

Setting Up Preferred Properties

The client’s programme spans APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and the Americas, with the highest volumes in Hong Kong, Dubai, London, Singapore, and Frankfurt. NEI’s Account Executives were able to upload all of the client’s preferred partners into the platform, ensuring easy and consistent access to trusted properties. A Preferred Property badge allows Executives to instantly identify preferred suppliers, while performance metrics such as partner win rates and the percentage of bookings with preferred properties provide full visibility into usage and operational efficiency.

Significant Savings & Operational Efficiency

AltoVita now supports the client in over 80 locations globally. Over the course of the programme, we have managed 504 bookings and 356 extensions, totalling 18,178 nights with an average length of stay of 37 days for extended assignments. Around half of all bookings were made with preferred properties, while the remainder leveraged AltoVita’s extensive global inventory to support new or remote locations. Aside from the operational efficiencies delivered to NEI’s Account Executives, the client has achieved substantial cost savings of $300,000, driven by the platform’s ability to store and apply negotiated rates. Importantly, the programme has delivered a 100% employee satisfaction score, reflecting our commitment to quality, duty of care, and an exceptional guest experience.

AltoVita continues to support the client’s global accommodation needs, building on the efficiencies, cost savings, and employee satisfaction achieved to date. Our ongoing collaboration with NEI Global Relocation ensures seamless service delivery, while the positive impact of AltoCore across corporate clients has contributed to AltoVita being recognised with NEI’s Partner of the Year and Innovation Awards in 2025.
