Terms of Service
Please review all relevant terms and conditions which relate to your PwC serviced apartment booking, provided by AltoVita:
Incidental Costs
The charges for all incidental costs not noted at the time of booking and not covered by PwC (such as extra cleaning, grocery order, airport shuttles, overstay, payments for any unauthorised guests, any damages to the residence or its contents, among others) shall be invoiced separately.
Cancellation Policy
If the booking is cancelled outside of the specified cancellation period a cancellation fee will be applied. All date amendments are subject to availability and changes may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact pwcservicedapartments@altovita.com for more information.
Early Departure
After the check-in date, the Guest / Company can request an early departure with written notice as stipulated in the booking details.
Extensions to the Rental Period
All requests for extensions to a confirmed reservation must be sent to AltoVita via email to pwcservicedapartments@altovita.com. AltoVita will use all reasonable efforts to make the changes requested, however any extensions are subject to availability.
Check In and Keys Handover
Guests will be provided with a set of keys / fob / access card to enter the accommodation and any additional premises (e.g. parking, gym, or courtyard), where applicable. Additional sets can be provided on request to the Guest. It is the Guest's responsibility to ensure that all keys / fobs / access cards are returned at the end of the Rental Period (defined below in House Rules and Regulations), as per any check-out instructions received. An additional charge will be made for any replacements if the keys / fobs / access cards are lost or rendered unusable due to damage and if the property operator is required to provide Guests with access due to lost or forgotten keys / fobs / access cards.

AltoVita will take all reasonable efforts to ensure the accommodation is of a high standard. However, in the event that there is a problem with the accommodation, you should contact AltoVita at your earliest convenience via email pwcservicedapartments@altovita.com or telephone +44 121 364 7532 for assistance.- The Guest agrees to the terms of this Accommodation Agreement.
- The Guest shall use the Residential Premises solely for the purpose of temporary living accommodation for the stay duration specified in this Accommodation Agreement (as amended from time to time by any extensions agreed pre-approved by AltoVita) (the ‘Rental Period’).
- At the end of the Rental Period, the Guest is obliged to hand over the Residential Premises to AltoVita in the same condition as they found them in at the start of the stay.
- Guests may be required to provide a photo ID upon check-in at the property.
- Only the number of people stipulated in the Guest Information section above are permitted to stay at the Residential Premises. No further persons are allowed to sleep at or occupy the property and Guests will be responsible if any visitors to the property cause a nuisance and/or damage to the accommodation. If more people are found to be staying (or to have stayed) at the accommodation, it shall constitute a breach of this agreement and additional charges may apply.
- Guests cannot conduct any illegal activity at the Residential Premises and shall not verbally or physically abuse the property manager, any neighbours, or staff of the property manager or otherwise, and shall not use the property for any purpose or in any manner that would be illegal or cause loss, damage, injury, or create a nuisance or disturbance to the property manager or owner, or to any property that neighbours with the accommodation.
- Guests are required to follow any additional house rules that are outlined by AltoVita before arrival at the Residential Premises or otherwise notified to you during your stay.Smoking is not permitted in the Residential Premises. Failure to abide by any no-smoking policy shall constitute a breach of this agreement, and additional charges may apply.
- Pets are permitted in specific apartments only and Guests are required to seek an authorization from AltoVita prior to arrival in respect of bringing any pets into the Residential Premises. Guests must follow any instructions given by AltoVita and/or the property manager in respect of any pets permitted in the Residential Premises, to ensure the pet does not cause damage to the property or nuisance to any neighbouring properties. If any pets are found to be staying (or to have stayed) at the accommodation without prior approval from AltoVita, it shall constitute a breach of this agreement and additional charges may apply.
Damages to the accommodation, its contents and/or damage or theft of personal belongings
- AltoVita accepts that there will be reasonable wear and tear to the accommodation and its contents over time. However, if the accommodation or any of its contents become damaged during your stay, beyond reasonable wear and tear, it is the Guest's responsibility to immediately notify AltoVita at pwcservicedapartments@altovita.com, and you may be liable in full for the costs of that damage (e.g. extra cleaning, damages, and/or incidentals).
- Therefore, Guests are strongly advised to take out their own insurance in relation to accidental damage in respect of your stay at the accommodation during the Rental Period.
- If the accommodation or any of the items listed in the inventory are heavily soiled or damaged at the end of the Rental Period, you expressly authorise AltoVita to charge a reasonable cost to make good any such damage.
- If any item(s) listed in the accommodation inventory are missing at the end of the Rental Period, you expressly authorise AltoVita to charge a reasonable cost to replace such item(s).
- AltoVita cannot accept liability for the theft or loss of, and/or damage to, any Guest’s personal belongings during your stay. Guests must take all reasonable steps to ensure the accommodation is locked whenever it is unoccupied during the Rental Period and are strongly advised to take appropriate travel or renters’ insurance to cover any theft, loss and/or damage to a Guest’s personal belongings.
- You agree to indemnify and keep indemnified AltoVita against all liabilities, expenses, costs (including, but not limited to solicitors’ or other professionals’ costs and expenses), claims, damages and losses suffered or incurred by AltoVita arising out of or in connection with: (i) any breach by you or any Guest staying at the property during the Rental Period of the provisions of this Accommodation Agreement; and (ii) any acts or omissions by yourself or any Guest during the Rental Period in respect of the Residential Premises.
- This Booking Confirmation becomes valid, and binding between AltoVita and the Guest at the time the booking is confirmed by the Guest via email to AltoVita.
