Located in a private mews, you have privacy and quiet, away from the noise of the streets, whilst being less than 10 minutes to the tube on foot, and with a bus stop 30 seconds away, you can be across London in no time at all!
This is a truly charming 2-bed house in a fantastic location. There is lots of space to relax, and plenty of storage too – ideal for keen shoppers!
The garden is a lovely spot to relax in the evenings with a glass of wine or morning coffee, and the kitchen is flooded with light through the cupula lights.

The house is very conveniently located in glamorous Chelsea. It is a short walk to the Kings Road and all the restaurants, shops and bars it has to offer. It is an 8 minute walk from Fulham Broadway tube station which has a huge cinema complex inside the mall. There are lots of shops including Whole Foods, a wonderfully healthy supermarket.
It is also close to the Pottery Cafe, Megans (a delicious, healthy restaurant with alfresco dining), Duke on the Green pub, Amuse Bouche Bar and Aragon, on direct bus routes up the road to South Kensington, Sloane Square and Earl’s Court.
Fulham is a very popular and buzzy residential area of London. If you walk back towards Fulham Broadway, you will find Whole Foods supermarket for all your healthy groceries. In addition, there are cafes, delis, restaurants and boutique shops galore! There is even a David Lloyd gym at Fulham Broadway station where you can buy day passes to use the facilities.
The Tommy Tucker is a Gourmet pub fare served with local beers, wines and house-infused spirits in a polished tavern and is literally moments from the flat – on the corner of Waterford Road and Moore Park Road.
There are numerous nearby gastro pubs including the Harwood Arms (which boasts a Michelin star!), The Malthouse, The Atlas and the Lillie Langtry. Other great local restaurants include Manuka Kitchen (a delicious and characterful bistro), Cafe L’Aziz, Brasserie Cote and the Vagabond wine & tapas bar.
Local restaurants, Bars, Pubs, Cafes are only 4 – 5 minutes walk from the house.
We are also next to Chelsea Football Ground should you want to spot any players now and then! Just watch out on match days, as the traffic can be quite busy.
There are two bus stops: Buses: 211 (to Kings Road), 411 (Marble Arch), and 14 which goes through Piccadilly and Shaftesbury Avenue and which runs 24 hours.
Tube Stations: Fulham broadway (8 min walk), Earls Court (20 min walk), and West Brompton (15 min walk), which is also a main line station.
For shopping, the bus journey to Piccadilly Circus (bus 14) from outside the mews passes the Fulham road, South Kensington, Knightsbridge, Hyde park, and Green Park. There are more famous landmarks like Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Peter Jones, Saatchi gallery, Victoria and Albert Museum, Science Museum, Natural History Museum. There are also great transport links to the night life and theaters.
Hyde Park is a short journey away, where you will find Kensington Palace and Gardens. On the east side off Hyde Park you will reach Oxford Street and Bond Street, the most famous shopping street in London. Most attractions of London are within easy reach, such as Piccadilly Circus, Madame Tussauds and Tower of London.

Please note that the house is on the market, and bookings may occur during your stay. We will do our best to avoid this, and will give 24 hours notice where possible. We will refund you £25 for any viewings that take place as compensation for the inconvenience.
Please note that we provide shampoo, shower gel, soap and loo roll for the beginning of your stay and not for the entire duration.
Please keep in mind that each home is unique – as you are staying at someone else’s home and not a hotel, the space and amenities will be different at each place. Please treat the home with the respect that you would treat your own, we dedicate a lot of time and care to it, so please respect the rules, the space and the neighbours. We would really appreciate if you tell us about any damage or breakages so that we can deal with these issues as soon as they arise.
Please note that if your stay is longer than 2 weeks we will require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost of £15 per hour, minimum two hours (to be charged after the booking is confirmed). A linen change can also be arranged at an extra cost.
If you require more cleans please let us know as this can also be arranged.
Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hired hotel-quality linen to prepare the beds. This also includes clean towels, bath mat and a kitchen cloth.
Please note that check-in is between 1pm and 6pm.
A self-check-in outside of these times can be agreed on occasion, but please check prior to booking if you will be checking in outside check in hours.
A late check-out is sometimes possible for a fee of 50% of the nightly rate.
