The Space: The property is the ground floor of a Victorian terraced house. Styled with updated and modern décor with respect to the property’s original features such as hardwood floors and fireplaces. Located across the road from the exclusive Chelsea Harbour Club and easy access to walk along the Thames. The flat is a few blocks from the Sands End Pub, the perfect local. The pub is frequented by royalty, are famous for their scotch eggs and the famed restaurant critic AA Gill wrote “if it were at the end of my street I’d be happy”. This is the perfect space for a young family or couple visiting London. The entire flat will be yours including the private garden. There are nearby parks in every direction. Quick and easy access to all the sites and attractions. The flat is 5 minutes from the Kings Road. The Natural History Museum, Science Museum, Hyde Park & more are 20 minutes away by taxi, which are always easy to find just in front of the flat. Or hop on the C3 bus one block down to take you to the District Line or to Kensington High Street. There are numerous transport options. The 391 bus takes you to Fulham Broadway in 10 minutes or less, where you’ll find a Whole Foods and the new Marketplace. Imperial Wharf Station is at the end of the street. You’ll find a supersized Sainsbury’s at the other end of the street. Living and eating: The living room is full of charm with comfortable seating including a sofa and chair. A flat-screen smart TV is yours to enjoy throughout your stay. The garden is accessed from the kitchen and is a lovely place to enjoy a drink on a summer’s evening. The kitchen is well equipped including kettle, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster etc. The dining area is equipped with a table and seating for up to four guests. Perfect to enjoy a sociable and relaxed dinner. Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Master bedroom: a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a desk should you need to work or plan your visit of London. Getting Around: The perfect position for touring London. The flat is 5 minutes walk from the Imperial Wharf overground train. Or 20 minutes to the tube at Parsons Green or Fulham Broadway. The 391 And C3 buses stop one block from the flat and takes you to the or Fulham/Broadway and Earls Court respectively. The C3 the other direction takes you to Clapham Junction and access to almost regional trains or direct line to Waterloo. There is a multilevel Sainsbury’s at one end of the street and Boris Bikes just across the road if you feel like a ride along the Thames and into the city. Other Things to Note: *Please note, that the responsibility of child safety will be yours, but as we have young children, most things have been considered, the dresser in the children’s room is attached to the wall, safety caps on electric outlets, no corded blinds, etc. The bedroom windows open only at the top which is ideal with young children and for security in a ground floor flat. On a hot night (which is rare in London!) they provide good ventilation. Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, including a hairdryer. There is Wi-Fi throughout the whole flat.
