Living room: Spacious and full of natural light provided by 2 large windows with a comfortable sofa that turns into a double sofa bed, located in front of a 50” Smart LED TV. The dining area can seat up to 6 guests. Kitchen: The stylish and fully equipped kitchen will become a place where you will enjoy preparing your meals as well as the beautiful view from the window. There’s lots of counter-top space, a kettle and a toaster, gas hobs, an oven, a fridge/freezer and a double sink. Bedroom and bathroom: There are 2 bedrooms in the apartment, one with a double bed and one with a king-size bed, both equipped with extremely comfortable mattresses and plenty of storage space. The master bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a cabin shower. The second bathroom is also fitted with a cabin shower. Both bathrooms are are modern, functional and provide everything you need to feel at home. Floor: The apartment is situated on the first floor. Accessibility Options: The building has a buzzer/intercom system. The roof terrace can be accessed via ladder through a skylight on the second floor. Travelling With Kids? We are more than happy to welcome kids of all ages! Are Pets Allowed? Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this apartment. Cleaning, Washing, and Extra Appliances For your convenience, there is a mop & bucket, vacuum cleaner, and dustpan & brush in the apartment. If you need to do some laundry, the place is equipped with a washing machine. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
