One of London’s most renowned West-end neighbourhoods, Paddington has seen a recent revival. The surrounding area, especially along the canal from Merchant Square towards Little Venice, has many new residential and commercial builds. This has given rise to a wide range of restaurants, coffee shops and bars (as well as some quaint and quirky floating barge restaurants and bars), making this the perfect base when visiting London. The flat is perfectly located within walking distance from some of London’s top tourist attractions including Hyde Park, Marble Arch and the shopping paradise of Oxford Street. The nearest bus stop is Paddington Rail Station, which is just across the road from the property. Paddington Station is also across the road (a 2-minute walk), offering access to all that London has to offer as well as trips into the countryside. Why not visit Royal Windsor Castle, the Roman baths in Bath, or the postcard-perfect villages in the Cotswolds. Living and Eating Thanks to the addition of a couple of windows, the living room is bright and airy and is furnished with a comfortable chesterfield sofa, 2 leather armchairs, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully-equipped with new appliances including a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge, an oven and a gas hob so that you can prepare a delicious meal. The dining space can seat up to 4 guests. Bedrooms and Bathrooms The designer furnished master bedroom has a king-size bed, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, an en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in wardrobe. The living room sofa can also be converted into a comfortable double sofa-bed that can sleep 1 guest. There is 1 bathroom in the property, equipped with a cabin shower, which is en-suite to the master bedroom. Linen, towels and essentials are all provided, as is a hair-dryer. We will also provide you with at least one set of keys and give you a tour of the property. Interaction with Guests: We will ensure that there is someone in the flat upon your arrival to welcome you, give you keys and help you settle in with a quick tour of the property. The station services the Bakerloo, Circle, District and Hammersmith & City lines. The nearest bus stop is Paddington Rail Station and is just across the road from the property. If you’re travelling by car, the A501 West way is less than 2 minutes away from the apartment. Other Things to Note: Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as is a hair-dryer. There is WiFi throughout the entire flat. The property is located on the third floor of the building and there is no lift. The bedroom is separated from the living area with a half wall which provides some privacy if there is a third person staying in the living area.
