Space is used is fantastic ways in this compact but fully equipped apartment, including a king sized bed that folds down from the wall, and a full kitchen tucked out of sight in the stylish furnishings of the apartment. It is a real gem of an apartment – a perfect London base!
Whilst small, the space has been fantastically designed, and is comfortable and perfectly equipped for up to 3 people. The separate bedroom features a queen bed and the main sitting room/kitchen boasts an amazingly comfortable bed which folds into the wall, allowing you to fully utilise the sitting room during the day, and the bed at night.
The kitchen has a state of the art fridge, microwave oven and hob all seamlessly fitted in to the space, without impacting at all upon the fantastic aesthetic of the apartment. The bathroom features a large shower.
Located on one of the most desirable streets in London, you have everything you could possibly want right on your doorstep. Harrods is a 5 min walk from the flat.

Belgravia is a unique and special part of London, and this property is situated right in the heart of a beautiful cobbled street lined with delis, boutiques, cafes and independent stores. Beautiful low-level Georgian architecture can be seen along this charming street The Alfred Tennyson is a very smart pub serving delicious food and well worth a visit (closed until 29th Aug for refurbishment). Ottolenghi is a chic deli/takeaway with communal table, for flavours from around North Africa and the Middle East and is right on the doorstep of this lovely flat. Motcombs is 120m from the flat and is a traditional brasserie/bar with pavement tables, plus more formal basement restaurant. The Nags Head is another great pub nearby in Kinnerton Street. Both Harvey Nichols and Harrods are approximately 5 minutes’ walk from the flat. There is a Waitrose (supermarket) just 100m from the flat. Hyde Park is a short walk away and offers beautiful green space. It is Grade 1 registered and is the largest of the Royal Parks flanking Buckingham Palace.

Please note that we provide shampoo, shower gel, soap and loo roll for the beginning of your stay and not for the entire duration.
Please keep in mind that each home is unique – as you are staying at someone else’s home and not a hotel, the space and amenities will be different at each place. Please treat the home with the respect that you would treat your own, we dedicate a lot of time and care to it, so please respect the rules, the space and the neighbours. We would really appreciate if you tell us about any damage or breakages so that we can deal with these issues as soon as they arise.
Please note that if your stay is longer than 2 weeks we will require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost of £15 per hour, minimum two hours (to be charged after the booking is confirmed). A linen change can also be arranged at an extra cost.
If you require more cleans please let us know as this can also be arranged.
Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hired hotel-quality linen to prepare the beds. This also includes clean towels, bath mat and a kitchen cloth.
Please note that check-in is between 1pm and 6pm.
A self-check-in outside of these times can be agreed on occasion, but please check prior to booking if you will be checking in outside check in hours.
A late check-out is sometimes possible for a fee of 50% of the nightly rate.
