The Space:
Located on the iconic Portobello Road, this 2 bedroom flat is ideal for your London getaway.
Get lost in all the decorative details around the flat, from the remarkable artwork to the incredible vinyl collection that gives the flat a bohemian feel.
Both bedrooms boast conformable king size beds, perfect to relax after a Saturday of exploring all the market bits and pieces.
The kitchen could inspire the most unwilling cook, with a stainless steel surface and all the appliances you might need, as well as several cookbooks to spark your creativity.
The charming terrace is perfect for summertime, with plenty of pillows and blankets to keep you snug on breezy nights.
The windows in the front of the property are double glazed.

The Neighborhood:
The flat is located in one of the most iconic locations of London, the famous Portobello Road, home to the famous movie Notting Hill.
Every Saturday you will find the popular Portobello Market at your door step, where you can find everything form antiques to food, including clothes, records and books.
To grab a bite to eat here are our favourite restaurants/pubs: Essenza Italian on Kensington Park Road, Santo Mexican on Portobello under the bridge ( Friday and Saturday lock in after 11.00 with DJ), E and O Asian Fusion with outside seating, Golborne Road Deli Cafe with outside seating, Pizza East with outside seating. 202 and Chucks on Westbourne Grove both with outside seating. Negozio Classica on junction of Portobello and Westbourne Grove with outside seating if your early for sophisticated range of Italian wines by the glass and snacks.
For cafes and brunch spots: Golborne Deli, Daylesfords, Grocer on Elgin, Books for Cooks, Coffee Plant
Supermarkets: Grocer on Elgin, Portobello Market, Sainsburys, Tesco, Mr Christians and Garcias all within 1 minute and 3 minutes walk.
Pharmacy: D.H.Evans on Elgin Crescent 100 yards away.
Post office: Ladbroke Grove or Portobello Road on the junction with Golborne Road.
Cinema: The Electric opposite the flat and The Gate in Notting Hill opposite the tube.
Theatres: West End on Central Line direct. Parks/green spaces: Hyde Park and Holland Park 12 minutes away walking.
Getting Around:

23 (1 minute walk) – Ladbroke Grove, Portobello, Paddington, Marble Arch, Selfridges, Oxford Circus, Trafalgar Square.

Please note that we provide shampoo, shower gel, soap and loo roll for the beginning of your stay and not for the entire duration.

Please keep in mind that each home is unique – as you are staying at someone else’s home and not a hotel, the space and amenities will be different at each place. Please treat the home with the respect that you would treat your own, we dedicate a lot of time and care to it, so please respect the rules, the space and the neighbours. We would really appreciate if you tell us about any damage or breakages so that we can deal with these issues as soon as they arise.

Please note that if your stay is longer than 2 weeks we will require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost of £15 per hour, minimum two hours (to be charged after the booking is confirmed). A linen change can also be arranged at an extra cost.
If you require more cleans please let us know as this can also be arranged.

Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hired hotel-quality linen to prepare the beds. This also includes clean towels, bath mat and a kitchen cloth.

Please note that check-in is between 1pm and 6pm.
A self-check-in outside of these times can be agreed on occasion, but please check prior to booking if you will be checking in outside check in hours.

A late check-out is sometimes possible for a fee of 50% of the nightly rate.
