The Neruda’s Soul home reminds of trendy mid-century modern design enhanced by the owners' love for hand-craftsmanship and Czech history. A famous Czech writer and journalist Jan Neruda inspired the design of the three-room loft apartment, which is filled with vintage pieces of furniture and décor. Loads of classical books and a large historical map dominate the social areas and infuse authenticity into the space. Families and groups of friends will spend quality time together surrounded by quirky interiors, while exploring the oldest parts of Prague.

The Neruda’s Soul is an absolute gem, sitting right on one of Prague’s most picturesque streets! While exploring the apartment, it's hard not to draw one's attention to the elegant vintage furniture, unconventional frame installations, book page origami and wooden pallets skillfully turned into furnishings. Host’s attention to details and eye for design turn the historical interiors into a true home.
As a bookworm myself, I was stunned when I saw the spacious home library inspired by Czech’s popular writer and journalist Jan Neruda. The library boasts many design elements, including exposed wood, old armchairs upholstered in vintage fabrics and funky oblong shaped clocks.
Families with kids will enjoy the quirky accessories, reading favourite stories in the home library, while groups of friends can gather in the cozy living area with a bottle of wine.
