AltoVita received the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Impact award at the recent UK PropTech Awards.
Now in its sixth year, the UK PropTech Awards is an event dedicated to celebrating those that are leading the way towards a better future for the property industry.
The awards highlight companies and individuals who are striving to drive digital change across the industry and showcase inspirational digital projects that are really making a difference across the sector.
As part of its submission, AltoVita demonstrated how it had “consciously worked to create a diverse team and an inclusive culture, supported by active policies and integrated practices”.
New reporting tool AltoInsights was also highlighted in the award entry. The solution allows organisations to meet their net zero goals by 2030 by identifying spend on sustainable accommodation.
A spend reporting function also allows businesses to track total spend across women-owned businesses, veteran-owned businesses, minority-owned businesses, and small businesses, ensuring transparency and accountability.
The accolade follows AltoVita's shortlisting for the Achievement in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion award at the Business Travel Awards Europe, where it competed against Delta Air Lines, Enterprise Holdings, United Airlines and Virgin Atlantic.
