AltoVita Welcomes YAYS: Instantly Bookable and Stylish Apartments Across Europe

AltoVita has integrated serviced apartment provider YAYS into its accommodation network, which is available to book instantly, with real-time availability.

YAYS offers stylish and fully equipped apartments in vibrant destinations such as Amsterdam, The Hague, Antwerp and Paris.

Catering to diverse traveller needs, the hospitality operator offers two brands. With YAYS Aparthotels, guests receive a fully serviced “aparthotel” experience with on-site assistance for check-in and exclusive experiences curated by the resident “Insiders”. These local experts ensure travellers can truly live like locals, discovering the hidden gems of each neighbourhood and creating memorable adventures.

For the more independent adventurers, YAYS presents “by YAYS,” a collection of serviced apartments that offer self-service check-in and off-site assistance. These apartments provide the same quality and style as YAYS, giving guests the flexibility and freedom to explore at their own pace.

The integration was made possible following AltoVita’s recent integration with property management system Mews.

YAYS was voted “Best Property 21 to 70 units” for its Paris Issy location at the Serviced Apartment awards in 2023 and was voted “Best Property 21 to 70 units” for its The Hague Willemspark location in 2022. It was also shortlisted for “Best operator 200+ units” for YAYS Aparthotels & Serviced Apartments in both years.

Karolina Saviova, AltoVita’s Chief Operating Officer, said: “We are thrilled to integrate YAYS’ high quality portfolio of living solutions across Amsterdam, Hague, Antwerp and Paris to AltoVita's interface. The integration allows us to unlock seamless consumer grade experience for relocating assignees, as well as business travellers, and reduce sourcing time to a few minutes. We truly value our partnership.”
