AltoVita Triumphs at the 2023 FEM EMEA EMMAs Awards!

We are thrilled to announce that AltoVita has been honoured with the prestigious award for "Most Innovative Use of Technology in Global Mobility - Bespoke Solutions" at the FEM EMEA EMMAs 2023. This recognition was presented during a resplendent black-tie dinner and ceremony at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London on 1st November 2023.

The FEM EMMAs, organised by the Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM), stands as the apex awards in the global mobility and International HR realm. The accolade marks the second time AltoVita has won a prestigious “EMMA”, commemorating the most exemplary contribution in the EMEA sector.

AltoVita's award-winning Curated Accommodation Platform has revolutionised the corporate accommodation industry within global talent mobility by expanding our global inventory to a staggering 7 million units, with 4,543,602 units in the EMEA region alone. This unique platform seamlessly combines extended stay accommodations and hotels, thanks to collaborations with numerous travel technology partners. Moreover, in response to the increasing demand for group travel post-pandemic, AltoVita introduced the Group Bookings tool, streamlining the management of large-scale moves and eliminating manual processes, further demonstrating our commitment to innovation and efficiency.

The biggest star of this award was our latest feature, AltoInsights - a comprehensive reporting dashboard designed to enhance transparency across environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) metrics. Among its standout features is the DEI spend reporting, empowering users to monitor their total expenditure across women-owned, veteran-owned, minority-owned, and small businesses. This commitment to transparency ensures that organisations can be held accountable for their decisions and pledges.

Kerwin Guillermo, from HR Compliance Global Mobility at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, emphasises the role of mobility leaders in supporting diverse businesses. He stated at our recent Smart, Safe, Sustainable Summit in Singapore, “You carry an obligation… AltoInsights allows us to do that with authenticity.” Moreover, AltoInsights is designed to assist multinational clients in achieving their net zero objectives by 2030 and meeting ESG targets. This is achieved by pinpointing spend on sustainable accommodations, ensuring that businesses are not just talking about change, but actively investing in it.

Our judges, some of whom are former EMMAs winners, volunteer their time and expertise to ensure a fair and thorough adjudication."

With 21 diverse categories and an overwhelming number of entries, the competition was nothing short of intense. An independent panel of 61 industry aficionados remarked on the unparalleled quality of submissions this year.
