Booking Management
Every booking is accessible from the Booking page and traces back to its original request, so information is always easy to find. Open any booking for full detail at a glance—guest information, status history, available extensions, and associated escalations. Add arrival and departure instructions as soon as a booking is confirmed—save them as a draft and submit when ready. A reminder arrives by email and on the dashboard seven days before check-in. When you need a record for invoicing or reporting, simply download a Booking Report for any date range you need.
