Sustainabilty Roadmap

We are proud to have earned a Bronze Medal from EcoVadis, ranking in the top 35% of companies worldwide for sustainability practices. We are now focused on advancing to Silver, with targeted improvements in sustainable procurement, labor and human rights documentation, and measurable climate action initiatives.

Our environmental targets for reducing emissions across our operations and supply chain have been formally approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), cementing our commitment to meaningful climate action.

Sustainability Across Our Network

We are committed to ensuring that every vendor, partner and supplier aligns with our ESG standards. In 2025, we launched a formal Sustainable Procurement Policy to embed environmental, social and governance (ESG) considerations across all stages of the procurement lifecycle. All new suppliers undergo ESG due diligence prior to onboarding, while existing partners are reviewed annually for ESG compliance, including clauses on anti corruption, fair labour practices, environmental standards and data protection. 

We have built a central Supplier Scorecard which is used to guide sourcing decisions and hold our partners accountable to continuous improvement. Where possible, we prioritise partnerships with local, diverse and female owned businesses. 

Empowering Sustainable Stays with EcoStats

EcoStats is AltoVita’s carbon tracking tool, built to empower clients and guests to make more eco-conscious booking decisions, while supporting corporate travel policies. Backed by trusted data from Thrust Carbon, it accurately estimates CO₂ emissions for each night's stay and provides access to key sustainability analytics, such as total carbon emissions and relatable equivalents (e.g., tree seedlings planted, smartphones charged) making environmental impact easier to understand. 

We are committed to moving beyond estimates to actual calculations, with our preferred partners able to provide detailed energy and water consumption data. Alongside carbon reporting, we track DE&I across our supply chain, including minority, veteran, women, and small business ownership, so every booking supports our clients’ values and business needs.
