We are committed to building a workforce that reflects the global communities we serve, through initiatives, like inclusive hiring practices, unconscious bias training, internal promotions and regular DE&I reviews.
Our DE&I policy helps foster a workplace culture that values representation, equity of opportunity and respect across all backgrounds. We celebrate diversity in all its forms: gender, culture, heritage, LGBTQ+, parenthood and neurodiversity.
Prioritising Employee Wellbeing
We take employee wellbeing seriously and promote a work-life balance through flexible and hybrid work models. Every AltoVitian has access to a monthly wellness budget of £50 to invest in their wellbeing, whether that's a gym membership, yoga class or meditation app. Through regular team check-ins and monthly company-wide meetings we keep our remote workforce engaged and supported.


Making an Impact with Giving Back Days
We believe success should go hand in hand with social responsibility. That’s why every AltoVitian is encouraged to give back to their local communities. Our employees can take up to two paid working days per year to volunteer for causes they are passionate about, be it an environmental cleanup or helping out at a local community centre.
Empowering Women with Safe Housing Worldwide
As a female founded organisation, part of our DNA is to contribute to women empowerment & support causes relevant to housing. We have made charitable donations to organisations focused on empowering women and children through housing, healthcare and education across the regions we operate in.
