Since the beginning of our partnership, AltoVita has supported HPE across a wide spectrum of relocation scenarios, ranging from emergency crisis response moves (including Ukraine and Kazakhstan) to large-scale intern group programmes (such as Pune, India).

  • Global Reach & Operational Excellence: Supported moves in 95 locations across 34 countries in EMEA, APAC and North America, covering a variety of cases, from intern group moves to emergency family relocations. 
  • Cost Optimisation: Achieved 9% cost savings through negotiated partner rates and strategic sourcing, with a global average daily rate of $91.
  • High Conversion: Delivered a strong conversion rate of 80%, reflecting the accuracy of our curated recommendations and streamlined booking workflows.
  • Operational Volume: Successfully completed over 1,600 bookings and a total of approximately 21,000 room nights, ensuring consistent employee satisfaction (94% CSAT Score) across a wide range of scenarios.

The Challenge

When HPE initiated an urgent relocation to Kazakhstan, AltoVita was engaged to deliver rapid, compliant, and cost-effective temporary housing support under exceptionally challenging conditions.
