About the Summit

Since its launch in 2020, AltoVita’s Smart, Safe, Sustainable Summit has evolved from an intimate gathering into a truly global series, bringing together mobility and travel managers from Fortune 500 companies to shape the future of corporate accommodation.

This year marks a major milestone: our first-ever flagship Summit in the USA, and the third edition in our growing regional series. Following successful stops in Singapore and Bengaluru, we're bringing the Summit to a city near you. This time to New York City!

The goal of our regional Summits is simple yet powerful: to foster community, deepen connections with local mobility and travel leaders, and dive into region-specific challenges to help improve and innovate how corporate housing and extended stays are being managed.

Set in the heart of Manhattan this fall, the 2025 U.S. Summit will explore AI, group moves, geopolitics & quality control in extended stay accommodation.

As always, the agenda will feature a dynamic blend of panel discussions and fireside chats offering attendees an engaging platform to learn, connect, and shape the future of corporate stays.

As per AltoVita tradition, we will be concluding the day with drinks & bites on the terrace (if the weather permits it!).
