AltoVita Unlocks 3M+ Additional Keys and Access to Consortia Rates through Multi-Source Connectivity Strategy

AltoVita adds more than 3 million instantly bookable property units worldwide, through a strategic integration with a global hospitality wholesale content provider. This expansion reinforces the company's position as a leader in content connectivity within the extended stay segment and provides clients and their employees with the real-time access and flexibility required in today’s fast-moving global landscape.

AltoVita’s portfolio now exceeds 10 million units across 165+ countries. APAC alone accounts for more than 1 million of the newly added units, reflecting the region's rapid growth in demand for temporary housing.

Powered by a multi-source connectivity strategy and over 25+ diverse API content integrations, AltoVita aggregates and standardises supply across multiple accommodation types, including extended stay hotels, serviced apartments, private quality rentals, hotels and alternative budget inventory such as co-living spaces, guest houses. The company is redefining extended-stay accommodation by supporting both short- and long-term stays in line with evolving industry demand.

“Connectivity, live inventory and access to consortia rates are redefining the future of extended stays and temporary living. Whether supporting business travel, global mobility or emergency housing, organisations now require real-time access to structured inventory, real-time pricing and seamless integrations into their existing ecosystems.

Extended stay can no longer operate outside managed travel programmes. It must be fully connected, delivering transparency, rate predictability and strategic access to data at scale.

This has always been AltoVita’s vision. When Vivi Himmel and I founded the company, we believed extended stay should meet the same standards of governance, cost control and technological sophistication as every other managed travel category. Today, our multi-source connectivity strategy is accelerating that transformation across the industry.”

This strategy strengthens AltoVita’s ability to support self-serve models across both lump-sum and managed programmes, including corporate travel, relocation management and emergency housing.

Duty of care remains central to the platform, as it continues to scale its global supply. To support this, AltoVita has developed an advanced automated quality control and review system that standardises content across all integrated sources, supported by its dedicated Data Management team. The platform also includes advanced filtering capabilities, allowing organisations to tailor accommodation programmes in line with policy requirements and support diverse traveller needs (e.g., from economy programmes to executive travel).

AltoVita’s Hospitality Growth and Customer Success teams support supply onboarding and inventory curation, while its Guest Experience team provides 24/7/365 support across all bookings, ensuring consistency and continuity across both self-serve and fully managed programmes.
