AltoVita Recognised at NEI Global Relocation's 2026 Awards for Service Exceeding Expectations

We’re delighted to share that AltoVita has been recognised with a Service Exceeding Expectations Award in the Temporary Accommodation category at NEI Global Relocation’s 2026 Service Partner Awards presented in Omaha on 22 October.

WINNER: Service Exceeding Expectations in Temporary Accommodation

NEI’s Service Exceeding Expectations Awards are based on scorecard data collected throughout the year from NEI account executives and the transferees they support. That makes this recognition especially meaningful to us, as it reflects the day-to-day experience of the people who rely on our services.

As Andrew Dyer, Director of Procurement and Global Service Partner Relations at NEI, put it:

“Our Service Partners are an essential extension of NEI, consistently demonstrating their unwavering commitment to our mission of delivering Service Exceeding Expectations to our valued clients and their relocating families.”

At this year’s event, our co-founder and COO Karolina Saviova was also invited on stage to host a session alongside fellow NEI partners from across destination services, mortgage and household goods. We were proud to bring the temporary accommodation perspective to the conversation.

This award especially recognises our Customer Success and Guest Experience teams, whose responsiveness and care on every booking reflect our commitment to service excellence.

Tom Fleming, Director of Client Development at AltoVita, said:

"Winning NEI's Service Exceeding Expectations Award is a proud milestone for AltoVita. Service excellence isn’t just a metric for us, it’s our culture. We value our close partnership with NEI tremendously, and this award inspires our global team to keep pushing boundaries, anticipating guest needs, and delivering unforgettable temporary housing experiences every single day."

We’re grateful to NEI for this recognition and for a partnership built on trust and shared standards.
