AltoVita Celebrates Global Recognition at the FEM EMMAs Across Three Regions

It’s award season, and we’re thrilled to share that AltoVita has been recognised across three continents (Americas, APAC and EMEA) at this year’s FEM Expatriate Management and Mobility Awards (EMMAs), celebrating excellence and innovation in global mobility.

Last night's ceremony for the EMMAs EMEA Awards in London marked the end of an incredible year for AltoVita, celebrating our nominations and achievements. Here’s a recap of all our FEM EMMAs nominations and wins across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions.

The Americas

Following our strong presence in the region, AltoVita was shortlisted for three major categories:

  • Best Partnership Between a Corporate Organization and a Service Provider

  • Corporate Housing Provider of the Year

  • Most Innovative Use of Technology in Global Mobility

The latter highlighted our cutting-edge tools AltoCurate and AltoInsights, which continue to transform how businesses manage and optimise their corporate accommodation programmes. These nominations came at a pivotal moment as we solidified our presence in the US and welcomed our new SVP of Client Partnerships for the Americas

Asia-Pacific (APAC)

At the FEM APAC EMMAs in Singapore on September 4, AltoVita proudly took home the award for Corporate Housing Provider of the Year, marking our second consecutive win in this category.

Vivi Cahyadi Himmel, CEO & Co-founder of AltoVita, commented:
“Winning this award for the second year in a row is an incredible honour and a testament to our team’s relentless focus on innovation, duty of care, and client success. Our work in APAC has been transformative, and the recognition reflects both the measurable results we’ve delivered and the trust we’ve earned from our clients and partners. I’m immensely proud of how far we’ve come and excited about the path ahead as we continue to set new standards for excellence in corporate accommodation.”

With their deep expertise and leadership in the region, their arrival is perfectly timed to accelerate AltoVita’s growth and further strengthen the company's partnerships in APAC.

We were also honoured to be shortlisted for Best Partnership Between a Corporate Organization and a Service Provider, further underscoring the strength of our global collaborations and client success stories.

Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA)

Rounding out a truly global year, AltoVita was also shortlisted for the FEM EMEA EMMAs in two key categories:

  • Corporate Housing Provider of the Year

  • Best Partnership Between a Corporate Organization and a Service Provider

These achievement builds on AltoVita’s long-term strategy of combining a high-touch service with strategic partnerships, and cutting-edge technology to redefine the corporate housing experience worldwide.
