AltoVita Appoints Phil Leonard as VP, Enterprise Client Development to Scale Enterprise Partnerships

New York & London, 6 October 2026 — AltoVita, the multi-award-winning temporary accommodation platform, has announced the appointment of Phil Leonard as Vice President, Enterprise Client Development, effective immediately.

Phil brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across corporate housing, hospitality and real estate, including work with Fortune 1000 clients.

Phil joins AltoVita as more enterprise organisations look to bring their corporate accommodation programmes onto a single platform, across both Global Mobility and Business Travel. In his new role, he will focus on supporting enterprise clients, building long-term relationships and helping them scale their accommodation programmes as their needs grow.

“We’re delighted to welcome Phil to AltoVita, as we continue to strengthen our enterprise advisory capabilities,” said Karolina Saviova, Co-Founder & COO of AltoVita. “Temporary living is becoming an increasingly strategic part of Global Mobility and Business Travel programmes, and clients are looking for partners who can help them achieve more than accommodation alone. Phil’s deep industry experience will strengthen how we advise clients across programme design, cost optimisation, technology and innovation. His appointment reflects our ambition to combine best-in-class technology with experienced advisory leadership, helping enterprise clients build more connected, efficient and future-ready temporary living programmes.”

With extensive leadership experience in driving global sales strategy and managing high-value client portfolios, Phil brings deep expertise in enterprise mobility and partner ecosystems. Throughout his career, he has led high-performing commercial teams and successfully navigated complex corporate housing landscapes.

Known among peers for his consultative approach and focus on operational excellence, Phil combines commercial leadership with a strong understanding of service delivery, a combination that will further strengthen how AltoVita supports enterprise clients as they scale their accommodation programmes.

“I am thrilled to join AltoVita at such a pivotal time for the temporary accommodation industry,” said Phil Leonard. “AltoVita’s commitment to driving innovation and delivering best-in-class technology provides a powerful foundation for enterprise clients. I look forward to working closely with our clients across Global Mobility and Business Travel to build agile, efficient, and forward-looking accommodation programmes that meet the evolving needs of their global workforces.”

Phil will be representing AltoVita at the upcoming Business Travel Show America in New York and WERC Global in Chicago this October, connecting with travel and mobility leaders.
