Corporate accommodation platform AltoVita celebrated a landmark evening at the 2026 Serviced Apartment Awards, taking home two prestigious awards: Best Travel and Accommodation Partner and Innovative Use of Technology.
Held in London on 11 May, the Serviced Apartment Awards, widely regarded as the “Oscars” of the serviced apartment and extended stay sector, recognise excellence across the global serviced apartment, aparthotel, corporate housing and short-term rental industry.
Winning both awards marks a significant milestone for AltoVita and reflects the company’s continued commitment to transforming corporate accommodation through technology, service excellence and operational agility.
The award for Best Travel and Accommodation Partner recognises AltoVita’s ability to deliver exceptional value and service to enterprise clients navigating increasingly complex global mobility and business travel needs. Through its trusted global supply network, seamless technology integrations and customer-first approach, AltoVita continues to redefine how companies source and manage extended stay accommodation worldwide. Other nominees in this category included Checkin Apartments, Formula Group, RelocateU, ReloQuest and YOSAA.
The Best Use of Innovation in Technology award recognises AltoVita’s continued investment in scalable, intelligent solutions designed to simplify the traditionally fragmented corporate accommodation ecosystem. What makes these innovations particularly impactful is that they were all co-designed alongside AltoVita’s clients and partners, ensuring each solution directly addresses real operational pain points across global mobility, business travel and hospitality. Other nominees in this category included OWL, D3x, Maic, Mews, PriceLabs and RES:HARMONICS from Software Answers.
Among the company’s latest innovations is the Outlook Add-in, the first solution in the industry to enable full-cycle accommodation booking management directly within Outlook. Relocation consultants, mobility teams and travel managers can source, review and share property options without ever leaving their inbox. Integrated within the experience is VITA AI, AltoVita’s agentic assistant capable of understanding natural language requests, replacing rigid accommodation request forms with a faster, conversational approach.
A further innovation highlighted was AI Property Creation, a tool developed to solve inventory lag within the corporate accommodation supply chain. Hospitality partners can now generate structured, high-quality property listings in under two minutes simply by copying their website URL. AltoVita was also recognised for AltoStay, a web and mobile application co-developed through design thinking sessions with clients. Designed to support guests throughout their journey, AltoStay centralises booking confirmations, arrival guides and 24/7 support into one seamless experience, helping eliminate “first-night friction” for travelling employees.
Today, AltoVita’s award-winning platform connects Global 2000 companies with more than 10 million units across 35,000 locations worldwide. By combining advanced technology with high-touch service, AltoVita continues to set new standards for the future of corporate accommodation.
