By tracking the completion of their company profile through guided prompts, partners can keep their Human Rights, ESG, Anti-Bribery, and Cyber Security policies, as well as third-party certifications and accreditations, current and up to date.
How it works
So what can AltoVita partners do to complete and update their company profile?
Getting your company profile up to date is easy. Access Company Profile from your AltoCore home page or from the main menu and update the following sections:
- Company details & payment terms: Review and update company information, view AltoExcellence tier, switch between legal entities, check payment terms, and access signed agreements.
- Users: View current users, invite new team members, resend invitations, and deactivate access when needed.
- Certifications, Policies & Compliance:
- Upload certifications, accreditations, and required policy documents across each category, including ESG and Sustainability, Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery, Data Protection and Privacy, and Cybersecurity.
- Set expiry dates so you're notified when it's time to upload a renewed document, keeping only valid documents in place.
- Download a template provided by AltoVita for each required policy if you do not already have your own policy document in place. Complete the Word template and upload it to AltoCore.
A real-time completion tracker shows partners exactly what information is outstanding, helping partners stay on top of requirements and maintain an audit-ready profile.
