Over the years, AltoVita’s events have evolved into essential platforms to discuss the latest trends in corporate accommodation, talent mobility and business travel.
This year we’re thrilled to welcome so many industry leaders to our Smart, Safe and Sustainable Summit. Let us introduce this year's lineup that will join the stage at the ODEON Luxe in London on June 27th.
Who's Speaking?
Ben Oghene, CEO, The Cozm
We are delighted to have Ben as a speaker on our opening panel on policy compliance. Ben will discuss how AI and technology can address the complexities of policy compliance and will showcase how The Cozm empowers travel and mobility teams to manage compliance effectively, freeing up time for more strategic priorities.
Sigrid Nauwelaerts
With over 30 years of experience in global mobility roles at leading companies like Johnson & Johnson and Kenvue, Sigrid brings a wealth of insight into the real-world challenges of policy compliance. She will take the stage during the opening panel to share her perspective on some of the most pressing questions facing the industry, such as which compliance issues are most frustrating for travelers, and how global mobility managers can successfully navigate the complexity of varying policy and regulatory requirements across countries and regions.
Soren Sturup-Tuft, Immigration & Global Mobility Lead, EMEA & APJ, Databricks
Soren will also contribute to our first panel on policy compliance, to discuss the challenges of adhering to travel policies, when it comes to global mobility. With deep expertise in tax, compliance and the broader HR operations, Soren will bring a strategic perspective to navigating complex regulatory environments.
Carla Campbell-Smith, Global Move Manager, Squarepoint Capital
A strategic thinker with a strong background on immigration and mobility, Carla has joined Squarepoint Capital to build their global mobility strategy. She will join us on stage on our third panel to share her expertise on using technology and data to streamline corporate accommodation within her programme.
Karen FitzGerald, VP Head of Global Mobility, NBCUniversal
Karen will be joining our panel discussion on how AI and technology are disrupting the temporary housing market, bringing her dynamic leadership and 30-year expertise in global mobility to the conversation. With a proven track record in mobility transformation, policy design, and strategic innovation, she will share insights on some of the biggest pain points and inefficiencies in traditional temporary housing solutions - both from the employee and corporate's perspectives.
Emma Balogun, Talent Mobility Business Partner, EMEA and APAC, Stripe
Emma will also contribute to the data and AI panel, where she will discuss the critical roles of tools and automation in enhancing employee experience. With a 20-year-long career in HR and global mobility roles across Europe, she will offer valuable insights into balancing automation with the human touch in what is often, a highly personal transition for employees.
William Taylor, Senior VP of Partnerships, Relocity

Meet Our Roundtable Hosts & The AltoVita Team
Our Smart, Safe, Sustainable Summits also gives delegates the chance to meet with AltoVita, and several team members will be presenting throughout the day. This year we are hosting four roundtable discussions in the break area during the Networking Coffee Break, to keep things more informal and give the opportunity to attendees to move around and join more than one discussion.
The first roundtable discussion will focus on DE&I: Accessibility in Corporate Accommodations and will be co-hosted by Thomas Strandring, Head of Mobility at Takeda and Lucinda Hindmarsh, Senior Client Development Manager at AltoVita.
The second topic on Politics & Passports will explore the corporate travel and mobility response to Geopolitical Change and will be co-hosted by Ellen Shipley, Head of Global Mobility at Slalom and Beverly King, VP of Client Partnerships at AltoVita.
The third topic will look at Gen Z on the move and will discuss corporate stay experiences for the next generation. It will be hosted by co-hosted by Kate Draper, Global Key Account Manager at Staycity Group – An Aparthotel Family and Nandor Ljubanovic, Account Executive at AltoVita.
The fourth roundtable will focus on the Indian market dynamics and how travel and global mobility managers can navigate pricing strategies in high-demand cities. It will be co-hosted by Dilkash Iqbal, Global Mobility and Immigration Lead at Sahaj Software and Apurva Poddar, Senior Client Development Manager at AltoVita

Last but not least, opening and closing remarks will be led by our two co-founders: Vivi Himmel (CEO) and Karolina Saviova (COO).
