About the Smart, Safe, Sustainable Summit

AI, personalisation, and guest experience were the focal points at the Smart, Safe, Sustainable Summit in London in 2025 This annual flagship event specifically revealed how AI is enhancing the booking and guest experience, and most importantly, exploring the future of personalisation to enhance the overall travel experience. 

AI and Guest Experience

This year, the emphasis is on technology and enhancing the traveller's experience. From panel discussions in the main theater to product demos and breakout sessions, this year is centered on enriched experiences. We unveiled our latest product, AltoCore, AltoStay and the diverse AI features designed to improve your performance. We also shared the stage with clients who have demonstrated great ROI since shifting to AltoVita's as their corporate accommodation solution.

Corporate travel and mobility managers, along with relocation companies, were invited to join us to collaboratively explore the challenges surrounding AI and hyper-personalisation.

AltoVita's Design Thinking Week

April, 2025

In April, we will conduct three design thinking workshops alongside our innovative Product Managers. These workshops aim to partner with leaders in global talent mobility and business travel to propel our product development roadmap forward. By taking part in these sessions, you will have a direct influence on our product launches and contribute to shaping the future of corporate accommodation technology.

These product developments will be demonstrated at the Summit on June 27.
